Ticketing and Refund Policies for a TOTEM EXPEDITIONS event

  1. You can only purchase tickets from Totem Expeditions.
  2. To book your place, a 30% deposit of the event final value is required.
  3. Your place on the event will be confirmed via email once deposit is paid.
  4. To participate in the event; full payment must be made no later than 20 days before the event date. Failure to do so, gives the organiser the right to cancel the reservation and keep the full amount of the deposit.
  5. Full event agenda and additional information will be sent by email after full payment is received.
  6. If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons, deposit is fully refundable (required doctor/hospital note for verification). The organiser charges a handling fee of 50 £/ € – depending on which currency you paid the deposit in.
  7. Deposit refunds:
    • 100% -If you resign/unable to attend at least 30 calendar days before the event date.
    • 70% – If you resign/unable to attend 20-30 calendar days before the event date.
    • 0% – If you resign/unable to attend up to 19 calendar days before the event date.
    • Information of the resignation must be emailed to asktotems@gmail.com, valuation of the refund will be calculated based on the received email date.
  8. Event payment refund:
    • Resignation more than 15 calendar days before the event date: 70% refund of the amount paid.
    • Resignation 8-14 days before the event date: 40% refund of the amount paid.
    • Resignation 1-7 days before the event date: NO REFUND AVAILABLE. Your final reimbursement amount will be reduced by administration fee of 15£/€ depending on which currency you paid the deposit in (does not apply to nr.6).
  9. In case the event is cancelled, refund procedures will be announced as soon as possible. If the event is moved or rescheduled due to conditions beyond the control of the organiser, there may be refund limitations. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation.
  10. From time-to-time special circumstances may arise where ticket holders cannot attend an event for extenuating circumstances. We will review such circumstances on a case-by-case basis. This, however, does not guarantee a refund.
  11. Generally, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
  12. In order to make a refund for the cancelled or postponed events, ticket holders must contact the organiser via email: asktotems@gmail.com.
