About DZIKO Foundation

Let it be WILD!

If you are reading this, you probably already know that plastic is garbage, that coal-fired energy pollutes our air, and that industrial meat production… well, exactly.

You have probably already started doing something about it — but sometimes you ask yourself: does it really matter? And if you have (or plan to have) children, you probably wonder about their future. What will the world look like? What kind of planet will we leave them?

As Mikrowyprawy, we spend most of our time outdoors — and it pains us to watch how many unique natural areas are being destroyed. We want to plant the “wild gene” in you, infect you with love for nature through experience. That is why we take you on wolf-tracking trips, into the primeval woodlands like the Białowieża Forest and Borecka Forest, to deer ruttings, and organise nature festivals.

But we know that protecting just one species is not enough. That will not save us from the consequences of global warming — and won’t guarantee a safe future for our children.

Therefore, within the DZIKO Foundation we decided to focus on habitat protection and on cooperation with local communities: wild places where plants and animals can live freely — in peaceful coexistence with people.

Once we fought nature to survive. Now, to survive — we must fight for nature!

Let’s get to work, WILD ONES!

Our Pillars

Biodiversity

We fight for living space for plants and animals.

Education

We organise nature-oriented trainings and workshops for kids and adults.

Community

We ensure that local communities benefit from pro-ecological initiatives.

Do you want to bring back the wild?

Do you have an idea for cooperation? Do you run a company that wants to engage in nature protection?
Or maybe you already run similar activities? Write to us! We can achieve more together
